Overview: a solution for car insurance that includes several small projects
API project: for gathering claim information from multiple insurers.
o Create workflow diagram
o Map from the source information from client to the structured data in the core system
o Provide the test case for mapping exercise
Claim Notification website: for end-users to fill in the incident details and back-office to manage insurance company and claim information.
o Assist clients to define requirements and suggest ideas.
o Build the UI using Figma and create screen prototype
o Create documents using Azure Boards and Confluence
o Act as the bridge between client and offshore to clarify requirements with development team
o Support PM in managing the project scope and delivery plan
o Perform smoke testing and UAT testing
Invoice website: for managing the invoices that will need to send to clients.
o Analyse client’s business requirements and processes using interviews, workflow analysis and document analysis
o Build the website UI
